I am looking for information about inter-subject coefficient of variation
for AUC of 800 mg single dose of gabapentin. I have information about 300,
400 and 600 mg single dose. Because of the gabapetin bioavailability is not
dose proportional, I need some information about 800 mg dose (CV) in order
to calculate how many subjects I need to perform a bioequialence study.

Could you help me or tell me where can I find this information?
