Group,
We are looking for a reference in which authors compute the clearance of
cyclosporin after IV administration at steady state. Precisely, we would
like to get an idea of the steady state clearance computed after a
continuous infusion.
Thank you

In the same vein maybe our papers on CsA kinetics for oral
administration to cardiac Tx patients could be of use:-
Parke,J, Charles, BG. Factors affecting oral ciclosporin disposition after
hearttransplantation: Bootstrap validation of a population pharmacokinetic
model.Eur J Clin Pharmacol 56, 481-487, 2000.

of orally-administered cyclosporine from routine drug monitoring data
following heart transplantation. Ther Drug Monit 20, 284-293, 1998.
Best wishes,
