Dear readers,

Would measurement of absolute bioavailability based on the comparison
of AUC(iv)to AUC(oral)in two separate panels (versus one panel) of
animals(rats), which are all male and closely matched in their
weights, be an acceptable way of estimating absolute bioavailability
for a compound?
