On a new track: has anyone out there used ModelMaker from ModelKinetix for
PK-PD modeling? Love to hear from you.

Tom,
I use ModelMaker regularly for simulation of PKPD problems. I have
not used if for parameter estimation -- indeed I have found it almost
impossible to understand the instructions for doing this. They claim
to support ELS but there does not seem to be any way to specify a
variance function with parameters to be estimated.

Many thanks, Nick.
I am still using MKModel, but I am looking for something Win rather than DOS
based. Any suggestions for a kinetic near-illiterate?
