Dear PharmPK discussion group,

I am working on a thesis on TDM of antidepressants and thus interested in
applying population pharmacokinetic techniques on routine TDM.
Can anyone send me information about PK parameters of paroxetine,
mirtazapine and citalopram and their variability within subgroups?

Isn't it relatively difficult to equate response to drug levels, because
once you initiate/change these types of antidepressant doses, it takes 4-8
weeks to see a true change in pharmacologic response?
