Hi- has anyone ever seen this error message in Trial Simulator? If
so, do you know
what it means and how to fix it?
Update or CancelUpdate without AddNew or Edit
The simulation stops running at this point. It will not allow me to close the
program when this happens (when I try, it gives me a message that says the
simulation is still running, and that I should exit the simulation
first, however
it will not allow me to exit the simulation- I click the stop button
and nothing
happens). I have to use the Task Manager to end the program.
If you have any ideas, please contact me!!
Thanks- Stacey

Hi Stacey,
My guess is that you are speaking about TS2, the Trial Simulator from
Pharsight, an are trying to perform Clinical Trial simulations
Your Email is not very explicit: What type of model is it? How many
replications of your study are you able to run succesfully? What is
the size of the access database you are creating after 1 replication
(the .mdb file)? Which TS version are you using 2.1 or 2.1.2 released
in December 2001 ?
If you are using TS2.1, and are able to run succesfully N
replications but has TS stopping at the N+1th iteration, I imagine
that you are simply reaching the maximum size of the database. This
problem was fixed with 2.1.2 version who has a much better handling
of the database size. I recommand you to install this newer version.
For more precise information, please address your question directly
to Pharsight hot line.
Hope it helps,
Pascal Girard
