dear members,

i am in pharmaceutical research.i am in need of establishing the
in-vivo efficacy of a new chemical anti-malarial entity.i dont have any
pharmacokinetic data with me of the new molecule.i have found that the
new drug is effective in a multiple dose of (40mg/kg OD s.c ) for 4
days.

i want to establish its efficacy with single dose.Can you please guide
me to any of the rational or method you know by which i can predict the
dosage for single dose efficacy of the drug apart from doing random
dose titrations in animals.
