Hi
I understand as gentamicin is not absorbed in uv or
visible region,The analysis of gentamicin in plasma,
is done by laser induced fluorescence polarisation
or, Enzyme immunoassay, or RIA. Suggest a simplest
method to analyse the concentration of gentamicin in
plasma for routine PK.
I came across the most of the references Of
pharmacokinetics of gentamicin done larger animls like
sheep, cattle, dogs, goats, cats etc. I want to do
single intravenous Pk of gentamicin in Rats.please
suggest some published details of gentamicin in rats.

Gentamicin have a serius problems to be determinate by HPLC, have three
mean peaks and to need to use always the same.
This a very good method for Netimincin, I used for amikacin as well This is
