PharmPK Discussion - Levofloxacin tissue levels

Does anyone have info regarding measured tissue and serum levels of
levofloxacin in humans right after IV infusion?  I am specifically
interested in fat or muscle level and serum level vs. time in the first
2 hours following an IV infusion of 500 mg. I am assuming an infusion
period of 60 minutes for this 500 mg dose. 

Also need to know if anybody has data regarding levofloxacin dose vs.
serum or tissue level as function of patient weight, specifically in
morbidly obese persons with BMI > 45.
