Dear all,
I was wondering if anyone was aware of any good, published examples of
a pk-pd model in animals that was applied in the clinical development
of  a new drug.  Paolo Vicini and I are writing a book chapter on pk-pd
modeling in preclinical drug development and our aim is to write a
chapter with application these models to the human condition and how
those models contributed to the development process, not necessarily
another review on pk-pd models.  We have a few examples but want to
make sure that we didn't miss something important.
