Dear all,
There are acetyltransferases, reductases and even
glucuronidases in RBC's which metabolize drugs such as
haloperidol, dapsone and catacholamines etc. Is there
any report on presence of P450's in RBC's? I did
search medline but could'nt find a single reference
indicating presence of P450's in RBC's. So I believe
that there are no P450's in RBC's. Does everyone agree
with me!
Sunil
