Sir,
I have two queries pertaining to pharmacokinetics:
1. Is the peak-trough ratio at steady state the same as that obtained
with a single dose study.

2. How is the Css,max & Css,min calculated for Sustained Release preparations.

Kindly help me out with the above mentioned queries.
