Can in any case MRT value be greater than t1/2? if so in what

Dear Abdul,
Do you see this following iv bolus or iv infusion? Are
you dealing with a sustained released product?
A short answer to your question is yes; it may happen
when you are dealing with zero-order elimination
kinetic or when the early part of plasma
concentration-time curve drops very slowly (almost
like a sustained release profile) and later on shows a
mono-phasic kind of decline.
