Dear colleagues,
I would like to ask about taurine conjugation.
How to perform the taurine conjugation metabolism by in vitro experiments?
It is reported that the mitochondria contained the CoA-ligase and
amino acid N-acyltransferase.
Could you succeed in in vitro taurine conjugation using the
mitochondria fraction?
Do you have any information about the in vitro metabolism, e.g.. to
taurocholic acid from cholic acid?
Thanks in advance!
