Can somebody educate me how to compute Accumulation Index in WinNonlin.

Prasad: WinNonlin calculates the accumulation index from multiple dose
data by 1/(1-e power(-lambda_z *t). It uses the rate constant of the
terminal phase from the multiple dose phase. An alternative, if
AUC(0-tau)ss and AUC(0-tau) of the single dose phase are available, a
simple spreadsheet calculation can be set up in the .pwo output file.

WinNonlin already offers this parameter for NCA with steady-state
data. Pharsight has logged the request to add Accumulation Index as a
final parameter for single-dose data. For single-dose data, WinNonlin
would add the ability for the user to supply a dosing interval tau;
then Accumulation Index = 1 / (1 - exp(-lambdaZ*tau) ).
