Hello!
Does anyone know the protocol for study of CYP 2D6 Phenotype using
Detromethorphan? Dose to administrate, analysis of urine sample by HPLC
(by
direct injection or by extraction procedure)…..

The dosage of dextromethorphan used in most of studies is 30 mg.
