I am looking for the list of drugs whose partionning in red blood cells
in
much higher (at least 10 times higher) than in plasma.

Blood is one of the neglected component which is of importance in
Pharmacokinetic estimation of drugs.
Do find attached a copy of article from Pharmacological Review.

Its been awhile but look at references (in Goodman and Gilman) for
chloroqunine and hydroxychloroquine. Chloroquine reported as blood to
plasma
ratio = 9
