Hello all,

I am presently trying to write a protocol to study the BE after IM
administration of methylprednisolone acetate (suspension) in men.

In order to suggest a sample size, I need to know the expected
intra-subject
variability(%) on Cmax and AUC.

Does anyone have any suggestion?
