PharmPK Discussion - Omeprazole metabolites

I have two questions concerning omeprazole metabolites:

1. In will appreciate references that indicate that metabolites of
omeprazole have physiologic activity or have no physiologic activity. I
have read comments to these effects, but I have not seen the original
studies.

2. Sources of certified analytical grade metabolites for use in drug
detection assays (GC-MS)
