I use a chart from: "Handbook of Preclinical Continuous Intravenous
Infusion" by Guy Healing and David Smith (AstraZeneca, Charnwood, UK),
publisher: Taylor and Francis (2000).
The chart is Fig. 22.3 in their book.
When using a cosolvent system they say no more than 20% ethanol, but
they
also say, no more than 20% of any combination of PEG, ethanol, or
glycerol.
