I am going to do drugpermeability studies on rat gut. I would like to
know what method can be used ( as I found several methods to do that in
papers) to get the best results. BTW would youtell me some referrences
to get more information!

Dear parvin
You can try In situ rat permeability model. Its quite simple. You just
have to remove the small intestine (duodenum) part of rat and then you
can try to flush your drug through this. You can try either close or
open loop method
