What is the most (highest) pH for an intravenous infusion you can use
without causing tissue necrosis /pain or phlebitis?
Specific I'm talking about Sodium bicarbonate infusion 84 g/l.

Hello Henriette,
A pH of 8 is allowed for IV infusion of NaBiacarbonate meant to treat
acidosis.
