Hi,
I've inherited a method which uses sodium fluoride, potassium oxalate
and ammonium acetate to stabilise a compound in plasma solution. A root
through the archives and a few Google searches have enlightened me that
the sodium fluoride acts as an esterase inhibitor but with nohints to
it's mode of action. Can anyone out there give memore details about
this and also an idea as to how the other compounds are likely tobe
effective.Pointers to further references would also be appreciated.
Thanks,
Derek Bradley
