Dear All,
I want to know what are the methods available in the literature
forestimating pKa of a compound apart from potentiometric method.

Hello Ravi,
Another very accurate method for pKa determination is UV-VIS
spectroscopic method, a prerequisiteis UV-VIS activity of
compound. There is a beautiful short communication in Intel J. Pharm.
byProfessor Saranjit Singh on pka determination of Nimesulide, you may
like to see it: ssingh.aaa.niper.ac.in.
Good luck
