Hello All Members,

I would like to know the sample size calculation for Bioequivalence
studies. Which are the parameters should be available for the
calculation of the sample size? Are there any valid software available
to do so? In case we have only the data like Mean +/- S.D. than how to
calculate N? What will be the minimum N to be considered for
Pilot/Explonetary studies? In case of pilot study data available what
is the formula to calculate N? Which are the detailed explained
publication availble on Sample Size (N) calculation for BA/BE studies?

Kindly provied me detailed answere for my clarification on sample size
calculation. Thanks to everybody in advance...
