Hello Everybody:
We have a patient with liver transplantation taking tacrolimus oral.
She (15 years old)
has developed an encephalopathy three weeks ago and we think that,
perhaps, is
due to tacrolimus. We know that her blood-brain barrier is damaged and
we want to
find out cerebrospinal levels of tacrolimus. Her blood levels are
normal, but:
Anybody knows normal levels of tacrolimus in CSF?
Thank you very much.
