Dear all,
Does anyone know how much lower concentration we can
reach for taxol (Paclitaxel) bioanalysis than 1ng/mL?
I would appreciate if you could give me analytical
method or references for this.
Thank you for your attention.
Best regards,
Norman

Dear Norman:
I can't give you a complete analytical method for taxol, but several
papers are posted on our website
(http://www.basinorthwest.com/Publications/index.htm). Our current LLOQ
for paclitaxel in a variety of matrices is 0.03 ng/mL. However, that
being said, we rarely need to go that low.
