The following
message was posted to: PharmPK Dear All I have an patient in Pediatric ICU that
is recieving vigabatrin. Since monday he is evoluating in renal impairment. Does
anybody know if is necessary to reduce the dosage?

Dose reduction of vigabatin are recommended in patients with a creatinine
clearance of less than 60 mL/min. Please see:
Haegele et al. Pharmacokinetics of vigabatin: implications of creatinine
