I am getting contradicting views on what should be entered in the dosing
information under the time of last dose for model 202 (constant
infusion.)
Should it be the same as the infusion duration or should it be 0?

Re: WinNonlin and Model 202. This is an NCA model for data obtained
after a single dose or at steady state. If your time values on the
data file correspond to multiple dosing and start at the time from
first dose (say, 96, 96.25, 96.75, etc., assuming you were at SS at 96
hours), you would enter 96 as the time of last dose. On the other
hand, if the time values on your data file reflect time post the last
dose at steady state, or following a single dose (0, .25, .75, etc.)
then 0 should be entered as the time of last administered dose. The
administered total (last) dose and duration of infusion is entered as a
separate value.
