Dear Group,
I am working out on 96 well format for precipitating proteins,
transferring supernatant etc.
I want to prepare the stock solutions of different compounds in the 96
well plates also.
What is the best way to prepare different concentrations of stocks
which I will be spiking constant volume of the stock to constant volume
of blank plasma, so that I get the calibration standards.
