PharmPK Discussion - About 2-step PK/PD model template

Dear all,
I am doing some 2-step PK/PD correlation using WinNonLin. Since I am a
beginner, my model written in ASCII codes does not work well and I can't
figure out the reason.
Could somebody kindly send me such a template ASCII model, so that I can
compare and find out the problem?
