Dear All,
I have read some articles regarding Population Pharmacokinetics and have
seen that most of them collect data from humans employed for the study.
How wise is it to analyse the same data containing similar parameters
obtained from animal studies ?
Can i use rats or mice for population pharmacokinetics and extrapolate it
to humans. If so,under what conditions can i use that ?
