I am looking for information about the lipophilicity of beta-blockers.
Specifically, I should like to know:

1. What the octanol:water partition coefficients are for as many
beta-blockers as possible.
2. How good the correlation is between the octanol:water partition
coefficients and the brain penetration of these drugs.
3. Whether there are any other good/better measures of brain
penetration.
