Dear all:
I am a student. I used two compartment model to test
a recombinant protein.
I have some elementary questions about: why clearance
unit is ml/min/m2 or ml/min /kg? Some literatures use
either of the above unit.
My mentor( he is not a pharmacokinetics expert)
requests me to exchange them to the same unit. Can
any one tell me how to exchange them?
What's the precise concept of Vd, Vc and Vss and their
unit?
Can two-compartment model has one T-half? I have
Talfa-half and Tbeta-half, Can I summarize them as one
T-half?
sincerely

[Have a look at http://www.boomer.org/c/p4/c19/c1901.html for some
answer. The m2 and kg are ways of normalizing the parameters to
different sized subjects. An 'average' 70 kg adult has an 'average' BSA
1.73 m2 - db]
