It is possible to use 210 nm wavelength for the determination of
concentration of cloxacillin?

Some methods in the literature do use wavelengths of 220-240nm, e.g:
Grover M, Gulati M, Singh S., "Stability-indicating analysis of
isoxazolyl
penicillins using dual wavelength high-performance liquid
chromatography," J
Chromatogr B Biomed Sci Appl. 1998 Apr 24;708(1-2):153-9.
Most of the recently reported methods use pre-column dervitization with
analysis at higher wavelengths.
