Dear All,Back to the Top
I have 2 questions:
1. We all know that Digoxin is substrate of pgp in human. But is there
any experiment or publication that shows Dig is Pg-P substrate in
macaques?
2. We all know that Digoxin is not metabolised by CYP3A in human, Is
there any evidence that this is true in monkeys too?
In brief, before I do in-vivo PK studies of Dig on macaques, I want to
make sure that the same findings aretrue for monkeys, too.
Looking forward to your assistance.
All the best
Ahmad
