Dear Sir
We are working on project of Amlodipine Besilate tablets , Strengths-
2.5mg, 5 mg and 10 mg
These tablets aren't official in any of Pharmacopoiea. We require the
best dissolution medium for the above mentioned product, kindly suggest us
and oblige.
Details of Amlodipine Besilate Molecule are as-
1.Mol.Formula- C20H25ClN2O5,C6H603S
2.Appearance- white or almost white powder
3.Solubility- slightly soluble in water, freely soluble in methanol,
sparingly soluble in ethanol, slightly soluble in 2- propanol
4. C max- 6-12 hours
5. % Bioavailability- 64% to 90%
