Very often liver samples are employed for TK studies to assess theBack to the Top
potential of a drug for ex vivo enzyme induction in that species. For
rats and mice, the whole liver can be used for theses studies. For
larger animals such as dog, could someone please provide any guideline
on which portion of a particular lobe should be used, why and
provide any references. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
