Dear all,
Can any one provide a reference for allometric scaling factors? I need
to know the hepatic blood flow rate and maximum life span for mouse,
rat, monkey and human.
Thanks.

Hi Zhang,
Here're a couple of references I came across on scaling. Hope they're
useful.

preclinical results to phase I protocols. Clin Pharmacokinet. 1999

Dear Yilong,
Review these articles. I hope those would be useful.
