Hello,
I just came across a slightly different format for the formula for
calculating intrasubject CV for BE studies [CV = 100 * sqrt(MSE)]. Has
anyone used this formula for sample size calculations? Also, if someone
can
share their experience on the standard formula for calculating
intrasubject
CV?
Many thanks,

Hi,
The formula I used to calculated intra-individual variation in
bioequivalence study is :
CV = intra-individual coefficient of variation, CV = sqrt
([exp(s2r)-1]) with
s2r = residual variance
I hope this will help,
