Does anyone have any acceptance criteria for the analysis of dosing
suspensions? We normally use 90-110% of theoretical for dose solutions
but % of theoretical alone is really not enough to determine the
homogeneity or uniformity of a suspension. What is the commonly used
limit of the calculated % RSD of samples collected from the top,
middle, and bottom?
