Dear All,
I would like to know some information about retention time to HPLC
methods. Have anyone an article about limits of variation of RT or RRT
of substances compared with validation data for pharmacokinetics
studies ?
Any information and articles are more than welcome.

You can search in the web-page of the supplier of
yours HPLC. They usually give the fundament of the
chromatographic method.
