Hi,
We  have prepared an injectable formulation for SC
and iv administration  for an insoluble NCE. This
formulation was well tolerated by a group of 6 mice
in which it was tested.we have observed the particles
to be below 1 micron. Has anyone prepared or has
experience in similar formulations or injectable
nanosuspension /stabilisation?
