Dear All,
In calculating Ki value using Dixon plots, is it
necessary that point of intersection of all lines lie
above the -ve X axis?. We are getting point of
intersection on the positive side of X axis. Is it
acceptable? The compound is known to be a mechanism
based inhibitor.
