Dear members,
I Would appreciate if anyone can help me with suggestions, relevant
reference or protcol.
I ran 2D gel and transfered the protein on PVDF membrane. I wanted to
perform LC-MS/MS to sequence the protein. My question is instead of
silver staining can I first do western using specific antibody and then
pick that spot to do peptide fingerprinting?
