Dear All,
I am new entry to the Pharmacokinetics field. I tried to know about the
pH, Hydrophilicity, pKa, Log P effects in the estimation of drugs by
LC. I am unable to get the informationin detail. Can any one suggest me
some sites, Books, softwarefor further reading.

dear Kasnesh,
you can estimate the pka/pkb of the compound by
titration method.Log P can obtained using
octanol/water coefficient method using HPLC itself,
otherwise you can use PAMPA method for calculation of
log P values. If you have cell culture facility, you
can use caco2 methods.
