We are proud to present the final release date of our new NONMEM
interface
which is planned at August 1 2004. The program has been developed based
on 20+ years experience in modeling and in NONMEM.
Imagine how much of your time and that of your coworkers is spend on
doing things that are actually a waste of time and keep you from doing your
actual thinking and modeling?
If you want to save on the overhead that comes with a PK/PD evaluation
take a look below to see how NMI can assist you.
If you are looking for a tool that will make modeling easier again read
on. NMI will make PK/PD modeling and NONMEM much easier but since modeling
itself is not easy, NMI has all the tools to make coaching less
experienced persons much easier and makes it easier to keep the quality at a
high level with a minimum of expert input.
You also do not have to worry with learning/teaching things around
NONMEM like programming in Excel, Splus or Linux or maintaining/validating
those own written routines.
This is not a dead-end program or a program for which we alone decide
what is to be done for the next version. Depending on the number of licenses
you have the right for a certain amount of adaptations to make it more
suitable for your individual need. If you have just one or two licenses you can
make your requests at the discussion forum and the forum votes on what items
to include besides the ones we as developers/consultants want to include.
We guarantee a regular update policy.
NMI-base
The program is up to today's demands for regulatory acceptance and thus
offers integrated software and installation validation, complete audit
trail and is GCP and 21CRF11 compliant.
The program takes optimal use of the current hyperthreading
possibilities of
the new Intel processors. So if you have one you can run two NONMEM runs
with almost no increase in total runtime.
The program allows running a large number of NONMEM runs at the same
time.
Each run has its own window and can be controlled independently.
After each run descriptive statistics and graphics are automatically
created.
You can use NMI instead of compartmental curve fitting programs.
Have you ever seen evaluation results stating that
k43=0.134*(BSA-1.7)+..
and wonder what this clinically means? NMI will give you more clearly
readable results. It will calculate AUC, Cmax and t1/2 (whatever they
clinically mean is up to each user to decide!) which are easily
compared for
each covariate in the model. Comparison can now also be made against
results
from other PK studies.
NMI-graphics
Since all graphics can be performed in the program, the 20 items input
restriction for NONMEM only applies for those items truly needed in your
model. No other programs like Splus, SAS. For extended capabilities
interfacing to Splus user written routines is possible.
NMI-data
Standardized input files and rules make it easy to get data from other
departments without worrying about formatting. Each data file you want
to
create takes at most 5 minutes of user input, thus no longer you need to
worry about putting Excel to work. Adverse events and comedications can
just
as easily be handled as demographics. Automatic query generation is
applied
to detect values out of range or illegal.
With this module using the simulation option of NONMEM has now become
much
easier and more comfortable.
NMI-clinical
This module is now in development and allows PK parameter estimation for
patients for example to estimate their need for dose change. This module
also has database properties for building your own clinical reference
data
file for each drug. You can use previous data to estimate covariate
influences and when known for a patient it will allow for a better
prediction of his individual parameters and consequently a better
prediction
of its needed dosage or dosing change.
NMI-Linux
This module enables you to take full advantage of Linux with Mosix and
load
distributing while running NMI under Windows. The module automatically
distributes the runs between the Windows computer and the Linux/Mosix
cluster.
Orders and information
If you want more information on the program or want to become a beta
tester
please feel free to contact us at: info.-at-.drudevo.com. We have special
offers
for those orders placed before August 1 2004. If you order before this
date
you can also apply for the beta testing phase which starts on Mai 1
2004. If
you want to switch from VisualNM or similar packages to NMI we can give
you
a special refund, please contact us for further details.
