All,

I have a couple very insoluble compound series for which I hope to get
both PK and efficacy data... the challenge is finding a vehicle[s] that
is both compatible with IV and PO dosing but also does not have any
significant 'liability' in terms of metabolic physiology.... and by
'metabolic', i'm referring to the physiology of diabetes/obesity in
mammals. That is, I need to find a formulation that will not effect
lipid metabolism,  gluconeogenesis, insulin/glucose activity and is not
itself a significant source of calories.

I'd be hugely grateful for any help with this,
