Dear all,
Has anyone determined yet paclitaxel in animal tissues, specially in lungs. I'am searching for an extraction method for this experiment. I
am performing this determination with SPE/HPLC in rat plasma samples,
and I am trying to enlarge/adapt the method to intra-tissular
determination.
Any help will be welcome,
