Hi all,Back to the Top
I am working on floxuridine (FUdR) and could not find the PKa value (at
any temperature). Have spent days on literature searching yet found
nothing. If you happen to have this information, or you know a good
source of PKa information for chemotherapeutic compounds, please let me
know.
Thank you.
(Sorry for the "not-exactly-PharmPK-question")

absorption/distribution of the drug ;-) - db]
pKa = 7.6Back to the Top
You can search the online service of sigma company. www.sigma.com
normally, you will find something useful.
Also, it gave the following reference you can check with:

Floxuridine is 2'-deoxy-5-fluorouridine. The acidic moiety is the
5-fluorouracil moiety. Thus, one should be able to approximate the pKa
from other analogs in the literature like i) 5-FU THF which is sold by
Taiho-Otsuka or 2) 5-fluorouridine.
Hope this helps,
